## How much do I earn per referral?

Your gross commission is 20% of each referred customer's paid subscriptions, after discounts and excluding taxes. Attributable fees are deducted from the commission to calculate your net earnings.

## How long do I receive commissions?

There is no time limit. You keep earning while the referred customer pays for their subscription. If they cancel, no new commissions accrue without payments. If they subscribe again, new eligible payments earn commissions for you. Changing plans or currency does not remove the referral.

## How do I join?

You need access to Otto. Under Refer and Earn, accept the program rules and activate your referral link. A paid subscription is not required to join. You can customize your link code and create separate links for each channel.

## How is a referral attributed to me?

The first click on a referral link counts for up to 30 days. If the person joins the waitlist during that period, the referral stays recorded while they wait for access. A referral does not automatically grant access. Existing customers and self-referrals do not create new attribution.

## Which payments earn commissions?

Eligible subscription payments, including renewals and paid prorated plan changes. Top-ups, zero-value payments, and self-referrals do not earn commissions. Commission follows the amount actually paid, after discounts and excluding taxes.

## Which fees are deducted?

Attributable processing and payout costs are deducted from affiliate earnings. Card payments may also incur Billing, Stripe Connect, currency conversion, and bank deposit costs. The history separates gross commission, fees, adjustments, and net earnings. Otto retrieves actual Pix fees from Woovi automatically. Earnings await confirmation when the fee is not yet available.

## When do I receive my earnings?

Commissions validate for at least 30 days and require R$50 net after fees. Pix commissions are paid manually by the Otto team in BRL after an external payment is completed; Stripe Connect is not required for that balance. Once activated, card transfers will run monthly in batches on the 15th through eligible Brazilian Stripe accounts. Stripe bank deposits follow Stripe timelines. Balances below the minimum continue to accumulate.

## Do I need Stripe Connect to receive payments?

No for Pix commissions. Register the account holder, CPF or CNPJ, and Pix key under Refer and Earn → Payouts. The Otto team checks the details, pays outside the app, and records the receipt afterward. For card commissions, choose Set up card payouts under Refer and Earn when available. Stripe will request your personal and bank details. Completing registration does not bring forward activation of card transfers.

## What is the difference between balance, transfer, and bank deposit?

Under validation is earnings still awaiting the release period. Validated balance has passed that period and awaits payout conditions. Total sent to Stripe covers card commission transfers, including amounts already deposited in your bank. Pix payments made by the team are shown separately only after the external payment is recorded.

## What happens with refunds and disputes?

Refunds and disputes can reduce commissions and create additional costs. If funds have already been transferred, there may be a reversal or an offset against future earnings. A negative balance is offset by subsequent commissions. These adjustments appear in your history.

## Where can I track referrals and earnings?

Under Refer and Earn in Otto, you can find your links, referrals, and earnings history. Card payments show transfers to Stripe and bank deposits separately. Pix commissions show the team’s recorded external payments with their date and reference.
